Shipping Policy

At Al Baldani General Trading & Cont. EST, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and reliably throughout Kuwait.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all governorates within Kuwait.

Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Sunday–Thursday) are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability and delivery location.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.
• Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on orders of 20 KWD or more.
• A delivery charge applies to orders below 20 KWD and will be calculated during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours. If there is any unexpected delay due to stock availability or operational circumstances, our customer service team will contact you promptly.
