Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 Days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The product is unused.
• The original packaging is unopened and undamaged.
• The item is in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened toner cartridges (unless confirmed defective).
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
• Special order or customized products.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.

After inspection and verification, we will replace the product with an equivalent item if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
